Born from an accident, Just Take the Cake started 9 years ago when I decided to do a city-wide bake sale for Paint the Town Pink their first year. Those early years the business grew as more and more people were asking for cookies and cakes. The business eventually evolved into weddings and larger events.
In Fall 2021, Just Take the Cake Too mobile bistro opened, allowing us to expand our offerings from custom baking into mobile baking and full-service food catering. We now offer everything from breakfast and coffee bar to full meal catering and award-winning desserts.
